Sketches I did on my stroll through London last weekend. Narrow streets, narrow houses, a German carols singing elk, packed tube, the Gruffalos Child Premiere, lot`s of polite people, welcoming friends and a delicious haggis burger. A great short trip.

Here is a neat time travelling machine with a special hair dryer function. This is a sketch done for a ZDF children`s short film telling us about time calculation, time travelling and time zones. Unfortunatly this gadget didn`t make it into the final film, but if you want to see the rest of my design... it will be aired on KI.KA Sunday 11th of Dec.`11 at 11:05. Last Saturday I was walking around in Mitte and Wedding here in Berlin. It was a sunny but quite cold day. So I was sitting beside the road with my woolen hat, a scarf and my mittens and listening to "The Accidential" The right autumn music as I find, a bit of Melancholy and Cozyness. And while I was sketching along in the cold the whole Berlin party crowd was passing by. And that`s the outcome of my stroll...

Somewhen during last winter I worked on a pitch for a manufacturer of sanitary ware. As the issue of illustrating personal hygiene can be quite a delicate matter we (I worked on this together with Studio Soi) decided to have animals introducing these bathroom products. This is the first load of sketches I did before I worked on the the final illustrations of this pitch.

Here are two filmstills from an animated shortfilm I did for Studio Soi about two year ago. It is an informative short about frogs. Johannes Weiland the director of this project intended a combination of 2D and 3D animation.

I woke up and didn´t recognize my parents nor my sister. They were older. Even my friends were older. I was a kid and I had to find new friends.

This avocado shake is very creamy, delicious and quickly done. I discovered it in Stuttgart in a Vietnamese restaurant. For the typical Vietnamese version take normal water instead of milk. Enjoy it!
